First, let’s start with the flavor of the curry👆

It’s not a watery curry, but one with just enough texture that you can almost feel the ingredients. It’s slightly thick and rich～

A trio of sweetness, umami, and spice♪ It’s a little on the spicy side.

Of course there’s onion, and it feels like there might be grated apple in there too～ The sweetness spreads through your mouth, and then comes the spice～

It warmed me right up, and I started to break into a gentle sweat～

Next, what are the vegetables like in the whimsical vegetable curry～??

The vegetables are sweet and go really well with the spicy curry～
Even though they’re deep-fried, they aren’t oily at all, and the flavor of the vegetables is packed in tightly.

And then, the pork loin cutlet～!!

It’s crispy, the meat is tender and juicy, and the coating gently wraps around the pork cutlet.

This isn’t greasy either～In my experience, pork cutlets used as curry toppings are often kind of… not great. But this one surprised me in the best way～😁

No wonder the shop recommends the “Pork Loin Cutlet Curry”～

Since two of us shared it, we enjoyed topping the curry with a nice mix of vegetables and pork cutlet♪I firmly believe milk goes well with curry.
