The 1st-Floor Model Room Niko Is Proud Of
The great things about the 1st floor are that you can get home quickly and that there’s lots of greenery in front of the entrance (^^♪
Let me start bragging right from the entrance (^_-)-☆ First, this wall on the left is magnetic, so everything sticks on with magnets!
With magnets, you can easily move things around or put up a favorite item right away (^^♪ It’s a big plus that you don’t have to make holes in the walls of your precious home (^_-)-☆
You could hang masks here for the whole family so you don’t forget them! Seems useful for all kinds of things!
And another thing: all the doorknobs are black〜
That gives the rooms a nice sharp look, and it’s great that dirt doesn’t stand out as much (^^)v

I know! This is where the Japanese-style room would normally be, right? What’s going on here?
The renovation division of Hankyu Hanshin Properties worked their magic and made it this nice! It opens and closes, and there’s a curtain too, so it might be perfect for working from home or when you want a little alone time〜

You can decorate this wall freely with hooks too! There’s also some kind of USB power supply thing on the wall that the boss likes.

You noticed? This room was produced by DOUBLEDAY, the shop we recently visited for coverage at Gardens.
That’s amazing! Model rooms are sold with furniture included, right? With renovation work by Hankyu and furniture from DOUBLEDAY! Four chairs alone are about 100,000 yen, so once you add the table, sofa, and everything else, I can’t even calculate how much it all comes to (^_^;) It’s an incredible deal〜
Looks like the stylish lighting and the small items on the desk are included too〜
