My very first naan! I was surprised by how big it was!
It had both a crispy texture and a chewy bite that made me want to eat it again.
The curry comes in five spice levels (none, medium, hot, very hot, and even hotter than extra hot)
Since it was also my first time trying naan, I challenged myself with the hot level! As the heat gradually kicked in, my body started warming up🔥
Eating the salad with carrot-based dressing resets the heat.
I may have discovered the perfect curry-and-salad combo👍
There’s no way rice wouldn’t go well with this curry. The subtly sweet aroma of the turmeric rice made the spiciness even more addictive.
