BILLY’S is a brand developed by ABC-MART for “fashion geeks.” With the concept “From Tokyo to the world, continuing to share only the refined essentials,” it appears to be a new concept shop for fashion lovers, offering a highly curated and exciting selection of the latest global trend items.
It looks like this will be the first location in Hyogo Prefecture.
When you search the Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens website under the “Shoes” category, there are six stores on the 1st floor. Recently, RANDA also opened.
In the North Mall where BILLY’S will open, there’s also the shoe and bag repair shop “Mister Minit,” so it seems like you’ll be covered even if something unexpected happens. It opens on November 18.
