The big loft makes such an impact

There’s a workspace right next to the kitchen

So this pair of moms dreaming of a detached home headed out to visit〜🤗
By Nomura Komuten Co., Ltd.,
“Auberge Court Mukogawa Phase 1 & 2”!
Right next to Nishinomiya!
Just across the Mukogawa River, a neighborhood of detached homes packed with thoughtful details has been created✨

Here it is on the map ↓
The address is around 3-13 Oshonishimachi, Amagasaki City.
It’s a 12-minute walk from Mukogawa Station!
Here’s the home we visited this time↓

This is the brand-new Lot 3 and the Lot 4 model house〜! *There are currently five homes available for sale.
“Auberge Court Mukogawa” is designed so that each home has a different layout and design, while the whole neighborhood still has a unified look〜!
The exteriors use natural materials like stone and wood, giving them a luxurious feel and the authentic charm of real materials〜
It’ll also be fun to watch the plantings (the trees and greenery) grow into 🌲symbol trees🌲!

The gentle feel of white walls and hinoki wood grain on the ceiling is accented by a red pole〜✨

The entryway has a large-capacity shoe closet.
There’s also a dirt-floor storage area next to it, so you can easily store strollers, camping gear, and more〜 ![]()

Here’s what it looks like with shoes inside〜!
Even with shoes for the whole family, it still looks like there’d be room to spare😊! *This photo is from another property, but the shoe closet is the same size.
Here’s the floor plan!↓

There are so many intriguing words here〜! Where should we start?

Why introduce the second floor first? Because…

Ta-da! This home’s LDK is on the second floor!!
The LDK, with solid wood and pale-toned blue walls, feels fresh and airy, with a high ceiling that makes it feel spacious〜✨
The windows on all four sides let you enjoy bright sunlight at any time〜 ![]()

What’s more, to avoid that awkward “Oh! (embarrassed)” moment with the neighbors through the windows, something that can happen in detached homes, the window placement isn’t planned house by house. Instead, the architects carefully think through and calculate the layout for the entire subdivision from the planning stage, so sightlines won’t be an issue〜! Amazing!
And they’re particular about the materials and fixtures too.
The solid wood used for the floors, walls, and loft is hinoki cypress, which is said to have a relaxing effect!!
And the pure white walls and ceilings aren’t wallpaper. They’re all finished in shikkui (lime plaster)!!

What is shikkui (lime plaster)?

★It is expected to have antibacterial properties, helping you stay comfortable even during the damp rainy season.
★Because it’s made from natural materials, it’s gentle on the body!! Recommended for people concerned about “sick house syndrome” or those with allergies.
★It has humidity-regulating properties, so you can stay comfortably dry!!
★The main component of shikkui is an inorganic, nonflammable material, so it does not produce harmful gases or vapors when exposed to fire. That means it’s fire-resistant!! And durable!!
★It’s a material that is less likely to generate static electricity and less likely to attract dust or house dust, so it is resistant to dirt and easy to clean!
★Because it is applied by hand, it can be textured with a trowel, polished, or given unique shadows and depth… Many different finishes are possible. It can create a beautiful texture that vinyl wallpaper can’t imitate.
★It is also used in World Heritage sites.
