Shachomi visited Italian Bar “Ebisubar”, located right by Hanshin Nishinomiya Station, just inside the shopping street. She tried all kinds of dishes, so this time we’ll share what it was like!

What We Ate at Italian Bar “Ebisubar”
This is the appetizer, “Yellowtail with Shibazuke Pickles in Ravigote Sauce”
It was refreshing, and the firm texture of the yellowtail was fantastic! Perfect with drinks~
The roast beef comes with grain mustard. It’s thick and melts in your mouth~
Today’s Recommended Salad from 968 yen（tax included）
Fresh vegetables with the saltiness of prosciutto. The tangy Italian sauce and herbal aroma make it so refreshing~
The crisp texture of the thin, firm cheese is GOOD👍
Assorted Smoked Dishes 1,122 yen（tax included）
The bite-sized French bread topped with marinated mackerel had an absolutely perfect smoky flavor~
The sausage was sharply salty and spicy, another one that makes you want to keep drinking.
Nuts are the ultimate solution!
Draft Yebisu 638 yen（tax included）
And of course, the beer is “Yebisu Draft Beer”!!
Virgin Temple / Italian Soda (Mango) 605 yen each（tax included）
These are non-alcoholic drinks.
The Virgin Temple on the left has a pomegranate flavor, with a subtle sweetness and a clean finish~
Rosso Verde (Margherita and Fresh Tomato Genovese Pizza) 1,760 yen（tax included）
Ebisubar’s recommendation is their pizza.
The red of the tomatoes and the green of the basil are so colorful and appetizing~
The crust is super chewy~ Juicy tomatoes bring tartness and sweetness, and the generous basil aroma goes so well with it. Then the melting mozzarella cheese adds creaminess. Such a golden combination!
Squid Ink Spaghetti 1,342 yen（tax included）
It’s seriously jet-black. Completely dyed.
This is another dish recommended by Ebisubar.
It was my first time eating squid ink spaghetti, and it had a rich flavor with a briny aroma from the sea and a distinctive depth. I might get hooked on it.
Some parts looked too messy, so I removed them. Sorry.
My teeth turned completely black. (lol)
