It looks like the event starts at 3:30 p.m. There will be 12 groups in the public preliminary round.
The venue is the Large Lecture Hall at the Nishinomiya City University Exchange Center on the 6th floor of ACTA Nishinomiya East Building. Admission is free
On 10/9 (Sun./holiday), it looks like another 12 groups will perform at the Konoha Stage in Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens. That’s going to stand out a lot~

I wonder what a public preliminary round is like. Looking at the names of the 12 groups, I couldn’t tell which were song titles and which were artist names💦 I think the ones on the left are probably the artist names~
