Ozeki also won a Gold Award at the “National Kanzake Contest 2023.” By the way, Nomonomo won the top gold award

One Cup Ozeki was released to coincide with the opening ceremony of the 1964 Tokyo Olympics. It was the world’s first cup sake.

Nihonsakari’s “Kanzake” took first place!!! This is an hot alcoholic drink, and it was the first product of its kind in the industry.
Normally, if sake is kept warm for a long time, its flavor and color apparently deteriorate, but they solved that problem beautifully after five years of research! It’s been on sale since 2017.
They were selling it at the last autumn brewery opening too.
