They use yuba supplied to the famous Enryakuji Temple on Mt. Hiei~ The colors of the carrots and green onions!! The thick ankake sauce will warm you right up~~~!

The thing tucked between the sheets of nori is fried mochi, light but rich in flavor. A luxurious soba packed with lots of mushrooms and dashimaki omelet~
