Across the street is the Hyogo Prefecture Nishinomiya Government Building.

If you go this way, you’ll find Jolly Pasta, and after passing under the JR elevated tracks, there’s the bento shop Nakakin and others, leading toward Route 2.

The Bento They Were Selling

The side dishes on the right were 300 yen. The bento lunches were on the left.

Sweet-and-sour pork bento. Spring roll.

Shrimp chili and spring roll.

Mapo tofu and spring roll.

I’d go with the mapo tofu. Actually, maybe the sweet-and-sour pork.
