The Bon Dance Tower at Former Ashihara Elementary Is Coming Together

The yagura tower for the “Kyodo Bon Odori Festival” being held today, Saturday 8/10, is coming along nicely.

It’s a gorgeous setup with a mini stage underneath the yagura. Since they’ll be performing Nishinomiya’s own traditional Bon dance called “Shako Odori,” they’re clearly putting a lot of effort into it〜
