When I searched Google Maps for real estate agencies in Kofuen, a whopping 15 places came up😳 I do have the impression that there are lots of real estate agencies near stations, but I don’t think there’s anywhere else in the city where they’re packed together quite this much. It really feels like “that’s Nishinomiya-kitaguchi for you.”
