“らぁ麺 すぎ本” is a popular ramen shop in Aobadai, Yokohama, run by an owner who trained under Minoru Sano, known as the “Ramen Demon.” It has been listed as a Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide Tokyo for four consecutive years, and has also been selected multiple times for the TRY Ramen Awards (Tokyo Ramen of the Year) and Tabelog’s Top 100 Restaurants.

Their signature dishes are “Shoyu Ramen” and “Shio Ramen.” These bowls have also been highly praised by popular ramen YouTuber SUSURU TV., who eats more than 600 bowls of ramen a year.
