A weather phenomenon where chunks of ice 5 mm or larger in diameter fall from the sky.
There are ominous clouds over Shukugawa too, and thunder is rumbling.
This is over Kobe City, and apparently a downburst is happening: a cold, powerful downdraft blowing down from a cumulonimbus cloud hits the ground and spreads out in all directions, causing strong gusts.
I’m actually planning to go to Nishinomiya Shrine around 18:30… 💦 and I’ll be doing a live stream too…
