We Got Takeout Wood-Fired Pizza from Italian Restaurant Caccina near Koroen Station [Nishitsu Gourmet]

Just steps from Hanshin Koroen Station, there’s a restaurant called “Cacucina” where you can enjoy Italian food and music.（The official name is “Cacucina Che Incanto,” but the restaurant’s website says, “It’s a slightly long name, so please call us Cacucina,” so we’ll call it Cacucina here）

The manager, Mr. Kakuchi, is also a tenor singer, and he sings canzone live at the restaurant♪

This time, Mr. Kakuchi baked us a pizza～😀

The Food at “Cacucina”

Margherita　1,300 yen

Assorted appetizers for two (orders available for parties of two or more)　2,400 yen

Mr. Kakuchi is making the pizza for us♪

Once the dough is ready, into the stone oven it goes.

They bake it right in front of you, so even the waiting time is exciting😀

I wanted to eat the piping-hot pizza right there, but we brought it back to the editorial office.

The assorted appetizers have a nice balance of vegetables and meat, which is great～

　muttered, “This definitely calls for red wine,” and I didn’t miss it～.

With the assorted appetizers, there’s a bit of that “wait and see what dishes are inside” kind of fun.

It might be part of the enjoyment to eat them together while saying things like, “What’s this?” and “Oh! This is good.” Of course, they go well with drinks too～

The pizza was baked in a stone oven, so of course it was delicious～😁
