Made with a carefully crafted blend of bonito, kombu, and more from a shop with 20 years of history! Rather than just crispy, it has a hearty crunchy bite (*^^)v

Chicken paitan broth is the secret ingredient, making it moist and crispy… !(^^)!
“Potato Salad” ￥180 (before tax)
The potato salad is simple in the best way, without much mixed in, so you can really enjoy the flavor of the potatoes ＼(^o^)／
“Wow, these karaage pieces are huge!!” was our first reaction!

Final Thoughts
Karaage is one of those foods that’s just delicious, no matter what! The karaage here is incredibly satisfying!!!
It’s also kind of nice that they’re open until 10 at night ＼(^o^)／
