It looks like a ramen specialty shop called “明日は我がme” is opening in Komatsu Nishimachi along the Kozone Line.
(Thanks to BR-san and Hinachi-san for the tip.)

That’s what the sign said!
After looking into it, it seems to be a ramen shop with a location in Kushiro, Hokkaido (that shop is apparently closing at the end of August). They appear to be opening in Nishinomiya as their expansion into the Kansai area.
It is scheduled to open at the end of September.
Here it is on the map ↓
The address is 2-6-39 Komatsu Nishimachi, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Area around “明日は我がme”

Across the street, there’s Katagi Acupuncture and Osteopathic Clinic, among other places.

If you go this way, you’ll find Kimura Juku, 7-Eleven, and then National Route 43. It’s toward Mukogawa Women’s University.

If you go in the opposite direction, there’s Torihiro, HASHIGO bakery works, Amagasaki Karaage, Gusto, and more.

From what we found, “拉麺 明日は我がme” is a Jiro-style inspired ramen shop. It serves hearty ramen with extra-thick noodles coated in a rich soup. At the Kushiro shop, the menu seems to include their signature ramen (with pork and extra pork), as well as zaru-style noodles, mazesoba, and junk mazesoba.
Final Thoughts
Jiro-style inspired ramen has gotten so popular that all three major convenience store chains now sell their own versions, and more shops are gradually popping up in Nishinomiya too. 拉麺 明日は我がme Nishinomiya is scheduled to open at the end of September.
