This is the special price available on weekdays from 11:00 to 15:00. Normally, the tonkotsu ramen with seasoned egg is (¥790), and the half fried rice is (¥310).
Tonkotsu Ramen with Seasoned Egg
Even through a mask, the aroma of roasted garlic and the soup really whets your appetite. The noodles are thin but have a nice firmness, and the surprisingly light soup soaks into the green onions, Chinese cabbage, and wood ear mushrooms.
Half Fried Rice
There’s just something unbeatable about the fluffy, separate-grain fried rice you get at ramen shops. The shape⭕️ the taste⭕️ it’s the kind of fried rice I’d love to learn how to make someday. I wish I’d known sooner that going at lunchtime lets you eat it for ¥220 less (> <.)
