It’s directly connected to Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi Station, just to the right after you exit the South Exit. You know that “KONAMI SPORTS CLUB” with the red,
super huge sign, on that big building~
Most Nishinomiya residents probably know it!!

This time, we got to take a look around KONAMI SPORTS CLUB Nishinomiya Main Branch~ That’s right! Apparently they have 371 facilities nationwide as of March 31, 2022.

We Got a Look Inside

※Disinfectant alcohol is placed at the entrance and throughout the facility, so infection prevention measures are solid.

Once you go in, first comes the temperature check, right?
That’s super important too!! Another thing we want you to notice is the space that opens up inside.

It’s just incredibly spacious.

The lockers are roomy too, and of course they come with locks.

They have hair dryers, so wet hair dries nice and smooth~

The baths aren’t just spacious.
There are areas for an open-air bath, cold bath, plain hot bath, jet bath, bubble bath, reclining bath, event bath, and walking bath.
They also have both a medium-temperature sauna and a high-temperature sauna.

Machine, Weight, and Stretch Zone

※Each machine is separated by partitions, so droplet prevention measures are solid! Thanks to the clear dividers, you can focus as if you’re in your own private space~ A two-in-one partition.

There are so many machines, it makes you wonder how many they even have!

Apparently there are 30 running machines,
25 exercise bikes,
and 10 cross trainers~

They’ve got tons of weight machines too!! If you train here, you could probably get into pretty good shape.

With the running zone surrounding the machine, weight, and stretch area, you could even do a light little chase around here!
