The toppings are huge😍
The red shrimp was large, thick, raw, and packed with sweetness and umami (^^)/
The sea bass, which is in season in winter around spawning time, is nice and fatty right now. The slices are thick, so you can really savor the flavor (^^)/
Albacore tuna. Since this is Maguro Dining, the tuna has to be on another level!
In winter, it’s fatty and tastes almost like toro! There are two slices, so you get to enjoy it twice (^^)/
Other toppings include squid, salmon, sea bream, eel, salmon roe, the toro part of negitoro, egg, and nori! It also comes topped with shiso leaf and a generous piece of gari pickled ginger (^^)/
There’s plenty of vinegared rice, the toppings are fresh, and the whole bowl is deeply satisfying and very filling!! The toppings may vary slightly depending on the day (^_^;)

When something says “priced with no regard for profit”, it really makes you feel like you’ll miss out if you don’t order it! I’m getting the Mega-Mori again next time too!!

There were so many ready-to-go sushi packs lined up that it was hard to choose (^^)/
It was right after opening, but it felt like they were putting items out, selling them, and putting out more again and again! They were seriously busy!
They also have counter seats just for the shop (^^)/
