This is “sasami-sashi” chicken tenderloin sashimi. Light and refreshing〜

They use freshly butchered morning chicken, so the meat keeps its freshness, flavor, and texture really well!

By grilling it at a high temperature on the lava plate, the outside gets a fragrant sear while the inside stays packed with umami as it cooks.
