Looks like today, 11/5, a Hankyu Bus wrapped in Hankyu Railway-style “Chiikawa” designs was spotted around Nishinomiya. Here’s our earlier article announcing it

At the bus rotary in front of Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi Station. Perfect shot. What’s that shadowy character on the right? lol

Whoa, it’s a collaboration with a Hanshin Bus too! This was at the intersection just south of the rotary from earlier.

This is on Kurakuen-suji, right near Kurakuen-guchi-dori. The spot with Lawson and other shops. It looks like it may also be running as a bus bound for JR Nishinomiya Station.
We also received information from Aki! (Apparently there’s only one of these buses, but Aki was lucky enough to ride it at both Nishikita and JR Nishinomiya in a single day.)
There’s something a little unusual here. Can you tell what it is?
It said “Out of Service”! So they can even show Chiikawa on the electronic display board.
