Apparently there’s something called the Eco Family system, which lets elementary school students and younger ride the subway and buses for free. Details are here. The train timetable is here(from Yokky)

Tickets are 3,000 yen for adults, and elementary and junior high school students are free.
The application deadline is June 23 (Wed) at 23:59.
A total of 2,000 people will be selected by lottery.
