Originally, there were two restaurants(Nikujiro and Ikkyu-san) on this site. We at Nishitsu had been guessing that maybe another restaurant would be built in addition to Yakiniku King this time too, but it looks like the only tenant will be Yakiniku King.We were wrong~~
Instead, it looks like there will be a fairly large parking lot!Apparently it will have space for 28 cars
Opening in February next year or later?
The planned construction period is from the end of October this year to the end of January 2025. So it looks like the opening will be around February next year at the earliest😃
By the way, the building will be one story above ground.

The Yakiniku King in Tateishicho has closed, leaving Nishinomiya with no locations at the moment, and the branches in Kobe and Amagasaki are also quite far away, so there are probably many people eagerly waiting for this one to open. There are still about six months to go until the opening, but it’s already exciting😄
