What is Aerial Yoga (Fairy Yoga)?
【Aerial Yoga (Fairy Yoga)】 is a hammock yoga class limited to 10 participants. It’s a 60-minute class, and you can apparently expect benefits like these〜

The changing room and lockers are bright and pleasant too〜. If you rent a mat and wear, you can bring even less and go more casually〜
Inverted poses are easy to do just by hanging from the hammock.
This pose may help with:

Representative / Instructor of SUNNY SIDE YOGA by Team Chika
MAMI
11 years of experience as a yoga instructor
She spent 11 years working at a major yoga studio, where she helped launch new locations and was selected as an instructor at the Ginza flagship studio.
She has also been involved in instructor training and program training, contributing to staff development.
She has taught all levels of classes from basic to advanced, offering a total of 25 different class types including her own original classes.
Expanding her learning from yoga, she is also active in the field of healing.
As both a yoga instructor and healer, she supports customers in both body and mind.
She became independent in February 2024.
She launched SUNNY SIDE YOGA, where she offers semi-private yoga and Fairy Yoga(aerial yoga).
