It appears to be a fitness gym produced by Yama Reo, who has 1 million subscribers on his muscle-focused YouTube channel. Looking into it, there are apparently already five gyms near Imazu Station, so it’s quite a competitive area. By the way, FIT PLACE24 also seems to be running pre-opening campaigns if you join now, including no enrollment fee and two months of free monthly fees.
