It’s in the open atrium area on the 1st floor near the Izumiya side. This is where the information counter used to be, and its service ended on Monday, September 30.
What is the “Gardens Delivery Counter”?

This is a new service offered by Nishinomiya Gardens that lets you send, hold, and pick up parcels using Kuroneko Yamato TA-Q-BIN.
There are 2 main ways to use it.
① Sending parcels
Items purchased at Gardens can be shipped on the spot by TA-Q-BIN.
Plus, Hankyu Hanshin Odekake Card and app members can receive the following benefits〜
- Ship at a special rate by showing receipts from specialty stores
- Items brought from outside can also be packed together with your purchases
- Staff will handle the packing, and cardboard boxes and packing materials are provided free of charge
※Registration with Kuroneko Members is required.
② TA-Q-BIN parcel holding and pickup service
TA-Q-BIN parcels delivered while you’re away can be temporarily held at the Gardens Delivery Counter.
As long as it’s within reception hours, you can quickly pick them up anytime, whether after shopping or during a break from work〜
Lastly
With a delivery counter opening at Gardens, shopping there looks like it’ll become even more convenient〜😄 Being able to ship heavy items in particular might be a really nice perk♪
