It looks like the sundubu specialty restaurant “OKKII(Okkii) Koshien branch” on the 1st floor of Koshien Plus is closing.
(Thanks to Kuma-san for the tip.)
Here’s the notice↓

It says the restaurant will end operations as of Monday, December 30.

This is what the restaurant looked like from the outside (when it opened in 2022).
Yajikita-san from やじきたの食べたい放題! also went to eat at “OKKII Koshien branch.”

The OKKII Mix seems to come with all kinds of ingredients in the sundubu, including shrimp, clams, oysters, meat, and tofu, and you can choose your preferred level of spiciness. On top of that, namul, kimchi, and Korean seaweed are all-you-can-refill, making the whole meal very filling overall.

Lastly
OKKII Koshien branch opened two springs ago, at the same time Koshien Plus launched. Sundubu is exactly the kind of dish you crave in a cold season like this, so the closure is sad news. They’ll be open only until the 30th, so there isn’t much time left, but if you can make it, why not stop by? OKKII is also in the food court at Gardens, so you can still continue enjoying it there 😊
※Kuma-san, thank you for the information!!
