It looks like “Gyoza no Ohsho” next to Koshienguchi Station has started its pre-opening.

The sign says they’re currently in pre-opening. Hours are 12:00–14:30 and 17:00–20:00.

The address is 2-1-37 Koshienguchi, Nishinomiya, Hyogo, inside the JR Koshienguchi Station building. It’s the spot where Gusto used to be.
We’re not sure how long the pre-opening will run, but the grand opening is August 18.
