Why not make your special mikoshi(portable shrine) debut at this year’s Takagi Autumn Festival?
Women welcome／Beginners welcome／High school age and up. Joining for just the morning or just the afternoon is totally welcome, too.

That warm, everyone-having-fun atmosphere might be something you only really get at festivals these days! Let’s make the gods happy!
Meet-up: 7:15 at Takagi Nishimachi Hachiman Shrine → Departure: 8:00 → Return to the shrine: around 15:00, then dismissal. There will be breaks about every 20 minutes, and around 11:45, lunch at Takagi Park with rice balls and cup noodles. Afterward, there’s also a wrap-up gathering from 17:00 to 19:00!

Around the event plaza at Takagi Park, there will also be food stalls and a flea market.
Your family can enjoy the festival stalls while you carry the mikoshi just in the morning. That kind of participation is absolutely fine too.
