The “first-period map” from Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens to Waseda University is getting a lot of attention.

You can even make it from Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi or Koyoen.
The route from Koyoen Station looks like this. The search results show a 14-minute transfer at Tokyo Station, but if you use Otemachi Station on the Tozai Line, you can get there in about 4 to 5 minutes, so you can just barely make it.
From Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi Station, it looks like this. If you leave at 5:29, you might not make it even with a flight included…

Waseda Station, the nearest station, is about 10 minutes from Otemachi Station. That closeness might be a big factor.
In Closing
When I was a university student, I once did an extreme commute from Tokyo, and it felt really special. Doing it every day would be tough, but I think trying it once could be fun.
