A new hair salon called HAIR DESIGN a x t looks set to open in Shoraisho near Kotoen Station on January 21 2020

A new hair salon called “HAIR DESIGN a x t (Axt)” will have its grand opening on January 21, 2020 in Shoraiso, in the direction of Kwansei Gakuin from Kotoen Station.

Here’s the location ↓ It’s on the 1st floor of Jiyu Kukan, where Panasonic Reform Club used to be.

If you go this way, you’ll pass under the Shinkansen tracks and head toward Route 171.

In the opposite direction, you’ll cross the Hankyu Railway crossing and head toward Nigawa, coming out onto Nakatsuhama Line.
