The pork is layered over and over, with mentaiko and cheese inside～
I think the best way to eat this is without sauce, so you can enjoy the flavor of the pork and the mentaiko × cheese. The mentaiko flavor was especially rich.

This one is plain, so I had it with sauce!

Since it’s layered like mille-feuille, it’s tender and easy to eat～

The bento also comes with cabbage, potato salad, and pickles, so you get plenty of nice little palate cleansers too♪

There’s a lot of rice, and the tonkatsu itself is quite filling, so one person will end up very full～!It was more than enough even when shared by two women.
