The cooking instructions are written on the paper they were wrapped in!
I’m going to make them exactly as it says〜💪(I usually only make A●INOMOTO, so I’m a little nervous。。😰)

Pour 100cc of boiling water over the arranged gyoza so it covers the tops, then put the lid on!

Even as a complete beginner at pan-fried gyoza, I was able to cook them easily〜♪ Let’s eat〜😋

They were juicy gyoza with a solid punch of garlic♪
I had them with ponzu, but miso sauce would probably go really well too😋
I’ll prepare some next time〜!
And for my second try, I challenged myself to make winged gyoza!

Instead of pouring in hot water, I mixed a little potato starch into water and poured it in with a sizzle!(I looked it up online😂)
Since I’m using IH, the browning came out a bit uneven, but I got nice crispy wings〜🙆
How to Buy Gyoza at “Gyoza no Yukimatsu”

Here’s the outside of the shop.
It’s an unmanned shop, so there are no staff inside, but I worked up the courage and went in!

The kind of freezer you might see at a convenience store is packed full of gyoza!!!

Open the door wide and take one pack(one pack is the two stacked layers).

There’s a payment box on the side, so put in 1,000 yen〜.
It’s like a roadside vegetable stand👌(I’m sure the camera is watching carefully🎥)

Bags and ice packs are free.
If you need an insulated bag, they sell them for 100 yen!

Unfortunately, the sauce was out of stock〜😭

Even if you’re confused, you’ll be fine👌
