Welcome to “Nishitsu Parks”, a casual corner where Nishitsu members introduce parks they’ve found around Nishinomiya.
Here’s a question! Where in Nishinomiya is the longest slide?
This time, it’s not a quiz or a survey… The answer is:
Shiose Central Park in Higashiyamadai \(^o^)/
This article is brought to you by “ALBOBBY,” a salon that supports Nishitsu.
Its name is “Jet Roller Slider”

I parked at Shiose Central Park and tried looking around for it… but I couldn’t see it anywhere (・_・;)
So I asked someone patrolling the park,
“Excuse me, where is the loooong slide?” At that point I still thought it was a slide, not a slider ^^;
“If you keep going down on the far left side, you’ll find it.”
Then another person whispered, “What were they asking?” I could hear it even though it was a whisper
And then, “Apparently they want to go down the slide!” “Even though they’re an adult!”← That was just my inner voice ^^; That’s right, never forgetting your childlike spirit is the Nishitsu way!!
That’s right! I came here just to ride the loooong slide ヽ(^o^)丿
Here’s the video ↓
It was so much fun (#^.^#)
I couldn’t stop laughing!
The route to the long slide ↓

It’s a little hard to explain ^^;
If you go by car, head from the parking lot to the circular plaza, then keep going down on the far left side in front of you, and you’ll reach the slider!
It does feel like a bit of a walk ^^; But there’s free parking!!
If you have small children, there’s a rotary near the slider, so it might be best for only the driver to walk from the parking lot ^^;
I wrote “small children,” but suddenly going down this might make them burst into tears. Also, it’s downhill on the way there and uphill on the way back, so it seems pretty tough with a stroller (・。・;
By train, you can also get there by taking the inclined escalator up from JR Nishinomiya-Najio Station and walking!
Since the area around the slider is residential, there are set hours when you can use it.
10:00–16:00
Please be sure to follow the rules \(^o^)/

This is what the starting point of the slider looks like \(^o^)/
Climbing back up after one ride is a little tough, but it’s definitely fun!!!
Here it is on the map ↓
The address is 5-chome Higashiyamadai, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
