Nishinomiya’s best-selling condominium is here! That’s what we heard, so
we went to take a look(^^)v

“Move-ins apparently start in December, so it’s almost finished!”

“Geo Nishinomiya Imazu”.
It’s that
“Geo Nishinomiya Imazu”
that friends have been saying “we might actually be able to afford…”
So, we’re starting our investigation into why it’s selling so well〜☆*
There are tons of places to shop
There’s already a Super Maruai just north of “Geo,”
and it looks like “Mandai” will open just to the west next year! Mandai is a supermarket known for its great selection and many private-label products!
And that’s not all!
There are “Konan” stores over here, over there, everywhere!
With the DIY boom, you can get just about anything〜
There’s even a Konan Pro attached, so at that point you could practically build a house! Though wait, we’re buying “Geo”, right? ^^;
The Konan that wants to go to has UNIQLO, Joshin, ABC-Mart, Sports Authority, and more!
And of course, we ended up shopping at UNIQLO(^^)v
The Konan on the other side has Nishimatsuya and Seria, plus a pet shop and an interior shop with furniture and more!
At “Geo,” there are rules, but you can keep pets（╹◡╹）♡
The condominium also has a foot-washing area for pets, so being able to pick up pet supplies nearby is pretty nice!
And for families raising kids, Nishimatsuya is always good to have around!
It’s not just spots moms will appreciate,
there are also three electronics stores within walking distance: EDION, Joshin, and YAMADA(^^)v
Dads who love home appliances, how does that sound? You can store-hop 
Oh right, there are still more grocery shops!
There’s A-PRICE, where you can buy large items and other things you don’t usually find at regular supermarkets. A-PRICE is a professional food supplier, and it has some pretty interesting items(^o^)／
At Gyomu Super, which everyone’s talking about these days, you can shop at great prices〜
Yamaya is a liquor store, so maybe right away…! No, it’s close enough that you can hold off until you get back to “Geo.”
The Co-op just opened, so it’s sparkling new 
They even had an advertising balloon up for the opening!
Marunaka has Daiso and MOS Burger!
And at Kansai Super, there’s McDonald’s!
Having fast food that kids love nearby is great for moms too（╹◡╹）♡Good kids eat at home!
But when the family wants to eat out↓
Right in front of the condominium, there’s One Karubi, Bikkuri Donkey, Kamakura Pasta, and Kin no Buta!
Kura Sushi across the street is reopening after renovations too!
Yes, this area is within walking distance of Hankyu Imazu Station, and around the station you’ll find everything from takoyaki to ramen, yakiniku, Chinese food, and izakaya!
There’s also a nearby park to look forward to during cherry blossom season,
and if you go a little farther, you’ll find
Omaehama,
where a natural sandy beach still remains,
and you might even catch a gorgeous sunset like this(^^)vDepending on the season, though^^;
At Omaehama, there are rules, but you can also have a barbecue. There’s no rule saying it has to be at night〜! It is currently prohibited.
If you cross Nishinomiya Bridge from Omaehama,
you’ll find Miyakko Kidsdam, which just opened in April.
