At R Baker in EBISTA Nishinomiya, we tried their morning set and the “Hakushika” collaboration breads that just went on sale yesterday〜！

We bought these three!
I was in the mood for something sweet, so the selection ended up a little biased… haha
The smooth-looking one in the middle is↓
Amazake Anpan 150 yen（tax included）
A chewy dough packed with sweet red bean paste!
The subtle saltiness really does its job〜😋
Hakushika Namazake Rye Bread with Tipsy Raisins 290 yen（tax included）
It’s loaded with raisins that have a sake-like flavor（a little tipsy😂）! About half the bread is raisins😳
Amazake Bagel with Red Bean Butter 290 yen（tax included）
The bagel was so chewy that I almost wondered, “Wait, am I eating daifuku right now?”
I often eat red bean butter on French bread, but it goes great with bagels too😋
The loaf bread we were hoping for was already sold out, even during morning hours〜😢
They apparently bake more again after noon, so if you stop by and find some, you’re lucky!?

Morning Set 490 yen（tax included）
Toast, salad, a boiled egg, and a drink make this a really good-value set♪
The boiled egg has a nice firm yolk!
The morning set bread is only toast made with loaf bread, but look at this thickness!!
（We measured it, and it was 4 cm😂）
There’s plenty of salad too, so you’ll be full from the morning〜😋

R Baker is located by the east-side entrance of “Street Kitchen” on the 1st floor of EBISTA Nishinomiya.
There were tons more varieties besides the ones shown in the photo〜！
Apparently there are 13 Hakushika collaboration items.
Of course, they also have lots of original items, and I ended up buying way too much haha

The morning set is sold until 11:00,
but it looks like you can order the set with salad or soup, one bread of your choice, and a drink（730 yen）anytime!
