A new place called “salon de soba,” where you can make your own soba noodles, has opened in Hagoromocho, Shukugawa (^^)/
It’s on the second floor of “bobo HAGOROMO.”

Area around “salon de soba”
If you go this way, you’ll pass in front of McDonald’s and head toward Shukugawa Station.
If you go this way, the famous soba restaurant Chiso “Wabisuke” is right next door, and beyond that is a residential area along the Hankyu Kobe Line.
Final thoughts
At “salon de soba,” Eiji Watanabe, the founder of the well-known Ashiya soba restaurant “Dojin,” will apparently be teaching, so you can learn soba-making in a very authentic way. You can even eat the soba you made yourself in the lovely attached space!
