We picked up a bunch of bread from “パンの実” on the Kosone Line, where they apparently bake their bread using “Mt. Fuji lava” from 1,140 years ago!
Bread from “パンの実”

Here’s the bread we bought!

Colorful Vegetable Bruschetta 200 yen(tax included)
This is a pizza-style bread with all kinds of toppings on crispy toast.
Looks like it would be great as a snack with drinks too〜😋

Koshian and Cream Cheese Danish 210 yen(tax included)
This was my first time trying the combination of sweet red bean paste and cream cheese!
It’s sweet with a hint of saltiness, the kind of thing that gets you stuck in an endless loop…😂

Legendary Cream Bun 180 yen(tax included)

“Legendary!?” That name definitely caught my attention.
It’s a little hard to tell from the photo, but the way the cream melts is amazing😳
You really have to buy one and see for yourself!
The sweetness and amount of cream were just right too〜👍

Fresh Cream Shokupan 300 yen(tax included)
Apparently it has fresh cream in it, and it was so chewy and fluffy, haha.
I could just keep touching it forever…😆

When you buy a fresh loaf of shokupan, you want to try it toasted, but you also want to eat it just as it is, right?😅
↑ Of course, I ate it both ways〜 haha.
Untoasted it was springy and chewy, while toasted it was crisp… the textures were completely different〜✌
