I bought some cakes from the long-established “ベルサ洋菓子工房,” located just north of Nishinomiya City Central Sports Park Tennis Courts (^^)/
Cakes from “ベルサ洋菓子工房”

Ta-da(^^♪They all look so good~
Let’s start with the ones whose cross-sections really caught my eye~

Chocolat Framboise ¥510 (tax included)
Crispy pie pastry, the sweetness of chocolate, and the sweet-tart flavor of framboise come together in a perfect harmony (*^-^*)
The elegantly piped cream makes it feel like a graceful little teatime treat!

Matcha Mont Blanc ¥450 (tax included)
The Uji matcha really shines here! And since matcha just feels like it needs dango, there’s a cute little dumpling tucked on the side, giving you the bonus feeling of enjoying a Japanese sweet too!
There are large black beans inside as well, and they pair beautifully with the matcha flavor!

Shortcake ¥440 (tax included)
A classic cake! Strawberry shortcake topped with strawberries (*^-^*)
The cream is light and not too sweet, and the sponge is fluffy! It’s so light you might want to eat a whole cake by yourself !(^^)!

Fruit Shortcake ¥440 (tax included)
If strawberries alone aren’t enough for you, this one is recommended! You can enjoy grapes, blueberries, mandarin oranges, peaches, and pineapple too!
The single edible flower decorating it is such a lovely touch 🍰✨

Chocolat ¥440 (tax included)
Chocolate sponge with chocolate cream! Plus, strawberries are sandwiched inside (^^)/
With its three layers and chocolate pattern, this shortcake is a sure winner for chocolate lovers!

Finally
I wasn’t able to introduce it this time, but they have a nostalgic buttercream cake called “Ajishan,” and eating it brings back all kinds of memories (^^)/
This cake shop has been here for a long time, and in a Nishitsu survey, it ranked highly in response to “Where do you buy birthday cakes in Nishinomiya?”
