A Request for Miyacco Detectives

Here’s the request that arrived at Nishitsu.
After reading the article “Koshikiiwa Shrine has become the lodging for Futagoyama Stable,” I remembered that long ago, a sumo stable’s lodging came to somewhere around Koshien just once. But my memory is hazy, and I didn’t go there myself, so I’d like to ask anyone who remembers what it was like at the time.
It was around the time of the Spring Grand Sumo Tournament sometime between Heisei 1 and Heisei 10. At that time, I ran into a sumo wrestler on the platform at JR Koshienguchi Station and figured it must have been because a sumo stable was staying nearby.
I feel like that wrestler may have been Tochitenko-zeki, so if that memory is correct, it would have been around Heisei 4 and would mean Kasugano Stable, but I’m not confident.
Nothing comes up when I search online, and it’s been bothering me, so I’d really appreciate your help.
