We got a full view of the Mandai supermarket being built in Imazu. On this day, the fencing along the site was open, so you could see everything👀.

It’s huge😳 I was surprised by how big it was, to the point that it was hard to capture the whole thing with a smartphone camera😂 (Photo taken: June 16) There’s only a little scaffolding left, too.
The site itself is quite spacious, so it looks like there will likely be parking on the 1st floor, and it also feels like the rooftop may become a parking area as well.

It seems two tenant spaces are planned next to Mandai, so I don’t think the entire building will be Mandai, but we can see that it’s turning into a very large building (I thought the Maehama store was the biggest and strongest Mandai! Will this one surpass it!?) Including the tenants, we’re looking forward to seeing what happens next!
