The Mandai building looks nearly complete from the outside.
The rooftop ramp is in place too.
I think “Cocokara Fine” will go on the white part of the sign.
Compared to before, the entrance is closer to the road now.
Lastly
It has been about a year since the site was cleared. According to the construction overview, two tenants are planned, and I have a feeling it will probably go into the larger space.
The opening dates for each store are:
- Mandai: This fall
- Kura Sushi: Mid-September
- Cocokara Fine: Early September
