What is 大釜屋?

They have nine locations across Japan, from Hiroshima in the south to Miyagi in the north. It looks like their 10th location may be in Nishinomiya City.
Their “fresh octopus,” delivered directly from the market every morning and boiled in an iron kettle, is said to be plump and tender.
Final Thoughts
This is welcome news for Street Kitchen, which had seen a series of closures. It seems that their Ueno and Natori locations also sell “kamameshi” in addition to takoyaki. I’m curious whether they’ll sell it at EBISTA too.
