Construction has started on the new “K’s Denki” coming to Hamacho.

It’s still a tentative name, but it looks like it will be called “K’s Denki Nishinomiya Minami Ebisu Store.”

What will it be like?
It looks like the first floor will be parking, and the second floor will be the sales floor.
It seems similar to Yamada Denki Tecc Land Nishinomiya Koshien Store and EDION Nishinomiya Store.
The entrance will be from Ebessan-suji on the west side. The bicycle parking area looks like it will be on the right after entering. There will be 43 outdoor parking spaces and 101 indoor parking spaces.
The exit will apparently be on the north side, along Sakagura-dori.
Finally
Mandai opened in Imazu, turning the area into a very competitive supermarket zone, and with electronics retailers like EDION, Yamada Denki, and Joshin already nearby, this area may become just as competitive for home electronics stores too. Construction is scheduled to continue until February 2023, so I think it may open around mid-March next year.
