The address is 2-1 Rokutanji-cho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture. It used to be “Ritomo,” a gyoza and demi-glace kushikatsu restaurant.

It still had the “Ritomo” gyoza and demi-glace kushikatsu sign, but it looked like interior work was underway.

If you go this way, you’ll find Don Quijote and Nishinomiya City Hall.

In the opposite direction, there’s “Yaosuke,” which sells roasted sweet potatoes, Nikujiru Gyoza no Dandadan, and other places, leading toward JR Nishinomiya Station.

The operator, BIP Co., Ltd., runs five restaurants in Kobe and Nishinomiya. There are three in Nishinomiya: Teppan Bistro Omar Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi, Kamayaki Pizza & Meat Bar Bistecca Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi, and Raclette Cheese Tororosso.

The only information available was from the job listing, but it seems the restaurant will have about 50 seats and be open from lunchtime. Since it says it will open in early October, it may be opening sometime around next week.
