It appears to be a sock manufacturing company headquartered in Ashiya called “稲坂莫大小製造株式会社.”
They were selling products on Amazon. Some items are listed as made in China, but could Nishinomiya be where their domestic factory will be? It’s simply nice to see more domestically made products!

Construction is scheduled to begin next August, so it’s still a little way off.
According to the development project plan, the building will be three stories tall and used as a factory, workshop, and office. Since the site has been vacant land for a long time, the streetscape will change once a three-story building goes up there.
