The job listing described it as a “new business format,” so I looked into it and found that it’s operated by the same company as “うどんの四国” (Spaghetti no Kabe no Ana). Since the address is the same, it may be a renovation.
Sicily is in southern Italy and is apparently about 1.4 times the size of Shikoku. Maybe they’ll serve dishes made with local specialties like lemons and olives.
