It looks like a clinic building is going to be built next to Hanshin-Kokudo Station, in front of the “Nishinomiya General Medical Center (tentative name)” currently under construction on the former Asahi Beer site.

Here it is↓

It is scheduled to open in spring 2025. By the way, the Nishinomiya General Medical Center (tentative name) being built right in front of it is scheduled to open in the first half of fiscal 2026.

It looks like it will be a five-story building with parking for seven cars.
Here it is on the map↓
The address is 3-5 Tsuto Ogacho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
The pachinko parlor B-COME used to be here.

It had quite a bold design, didn’t it?
It has now become a coin parking lot.

In Closing
I had been wondering what would be built after B-COME closed, but I didn’t expect it to be a medical facility. It stands out and should be easy for people to remember, and clinics generally have shorter wait times, so it seems like it will serve a different role from the hospital.
