According to a survey by Netorabo Research Team as of June 18, “贔だしや,” located along Route 171, ranked 5th in the ranking of highly rated salt ramen shops in Hyogo on “Ramen Database,” one of Japan’s largest ramen information sites!
According to online reviews, “贔だしや” serves:
・So delicious you’ll want to drink every last drop of the soup!
・Large, thick slices of chashu pork.
We also spotted a few people saying they’d love to go there for a bowl after drinks.
Nishitsu still hasn’t made it there yet, so if you’ve tried the ramen at “贔だしや,” we’d love to see your photos!
We received a photo from a Nishitsu reader named Toaru Hito! Thank you!

Dashi Shio Ramen
A beautiful amber-colored soup topped with colorful “arare” rice crackers!!
The salt-based soup has a rich seafood dashi flavor, with the aroma of yuzu adding a lovely accent. The finishing “dashi chazuke,” made with the remaining soup, lets you enjoy a completely different side of the broth with the flavors of nori seaweed and wasabi.

Finally
Having three Nishinomiya shops rank within the top 20 across all of Hyogo Prefecture in the “salt ramen” category feels like a pretty strong showing. Recently, more ramen shops have been opening around JR Nishinomiya Station, so Nishinomiya may be becoming an even hotter ramen town!
※Iroha, Nishitsu supporter, thank you very much for the tip!!
